The tree structure above the condo is attached to the top of the condo. The condo features multiple structure poles to make sure there is enough space for pets while supporting the tower.

The wood in this cat tree is heat-treated and fumigated.

How does the white hold up? does it get or look dirty with use? How easy is it to keep the bedding part clean? does it tip over?

This cat tree can be cleaned with a damp cloth. You can also vacuum with brush vacuum and remove stains with dry foam cleaning or spot clean with water. Do not use liquid detergents. This tree is made for cats of all sizes.

Shady company, and very wobbly tree

I originally bought this directly from Mau, and I left a review there around early to mid- October 2023. The review still has never posted, so I can only assume that they remove reviews that are low (I think I rated it a 2 over there, but I'm lowering it to a 1 because they are clearly shady if they think it is okay to remove any bad reviews). Anyway, my cat wouldn't use the tree because it is not very stable. I could cause a wobble by simple pushing it with a single pointer finger (and ONLY using my pointer finger, not my arm muscles). If I can make it move with a single finger, you can imagine how wobbly it is when a cat gets on it (my cat is only 10 and a half pounds). I did all of the troubleshooting to make sure nothing could be fixed to make it wobble less, and nothing made a different. Also, it's not like the wobble was from my cat jumping on it aggressively, it wobbled significantly when I gently placed her on the tree. Also, the fur sheds a lot. Customer service said that will go away eventually, but I was a little concerned about my cat ingesting that fur when grooming herself, so I guess it is a good thing that she wouldn't get on it cuz of the wobble. I contacted the company and they allowed me to return it for a full return, thank goodness, but I still don't think it is right that they remove bad but honest reviews.

We were in the market for something stylish and functional that our little guy (~10lb) could use and this was perfect! Absolutely no problem with shedding and it’s soft and comfy for him. It was also really easy to build with the instructions. I think the only thing I would change is that he rarely scratches on the scratching area cause it’s so small.

The GOOD is it is a really lovely piece. I find cat furniture to be so ugly and this nicely fits with my livingroom look. It was easy to assemble, and it's VERY

The GOOD is it is a really lovely piece. I find cat furniture to be so ugly and this nicely fits with my livingroom look. It was easy to assemble, and it's VERY fun for my cat. He loves it. The BAD is it is made out of particle board. My cat is a 12 mos old Maine Coon that weighs 14 lbs, and the particle board failed at the attachment on the top platform. He was jumping on it a lot and it just kind of disintegrated around the bolt because it isn't solid wood. I could see a small cat being fine, but he is big and plays hard on it. My thinking was, they will all be like this and nothing else looks this good. Rather than return it, I had my handyman reinforce it with a metal plate, it isn't going anywhere now. I will also reinforce the bottom post as well pretty soon. He loves to thrash around on it and he brings his toys up on it all the time. Anything you buy in this style will likely do the same, so I just fixed this one so it will never break.

I saw this online and fell in love with it! I got the white color, which has the cloud print on it. The packaging is extremely well secured, and it was also very cute and pet owner friendly. There were directions in the box, as well as a link to video directions on the website. I very much appreciated this! I was able to put the whole thing together myself, which is a selling point for me. I’d ALSO like to add that you can purchase different platforms for this, off of the MAU website! It’s built so that you can buy different beds, platforms, cushions, etc to replace the ones that this set comes with! I LOVE that they made it this way! It’s sturdy, good material, easy to build, and very cute! I’m pleased to say that it’s worth the price!

Needs padding on the second perch

Just put together the Alba cat tree. Solid and good looking but the lower perch is simply fabric over plywood. Not comfy. I reached out to Mau and they were gracious

Just put together the Alba cat tree. Solid and good looking but the lower perch is simply fabric over plywood. Not comfy. I reached out to Mau and they were gracious enough to offer a padded perch like the top one to replace the hard lower one. Excellent customer service!
