Add a small fleece blanket inside and the cats will like it
Spaceship to Utter Disappointment
Arrived 1 day late from date promised when ordered & could not be mounted before vacation fro the cats to enjoy. got home to find it with a damaged bubble & slightly misaligned screw holes throughout. Took my son the better part of 3 hours to mount just the wooden section and then almost another hour for the cracked bubble which didn't stay and we had to remove several times. Chewy's answer? 'speak to the manufacturer'! I have never had an experience like this. I am not going to have him take down the wood and mount another for 4 hours just because the bubble is wonky. unhappy client here who spends so much money on chewy. #EPICFAIL
Fun for all cats!
My cats absolutely LOVE this piece of furniture! My cats are able to get in and out of it easily and they find it very comfortable to sleep in for hours. One of my cats even likes to sit and lay on top of the bubble. Fairly easy to put together but I would use different screws than the ones provided as well as using wall anchors because it is quite heavy. All cats no matter of age enjoy this bubble. It's super durable and looks great! It is a great investment and totally worth it! If you have kittens you could fit two or three in this perfectly.

Not as sturdy as it seems
The wood portion of this product is well made and sturdy when attached to the wall. The plastic bubble, however, is not sturdy and the screws fall out easily. I was really excited about this by the photos, but it's a bit pricey for the quality.
wonderful perch
This is a lovely wall-mounted bubble shelf. It took my cat a little time to get used to it, but now he likes to use the perch in the morning for an hour or two. It was easy to install (even drilling holes into brick) and is securely attached using only the anchors and screws included in the box. Happy with the purchase.

2/3 of my cats love these
I have three cats and bought two "spaceships." The two younger cats (3 yrs old) love these. My siamese sleeps in it for 2-3 naps per day. He is more introverted, so it's a great way for him to get some peace and quiet while still keeping an eye on the rest of us (it's mounted in the living room). The biggest cat, (half ragdoll, 12 lbs) also takes at least one nap a day in the other one. Only the older cat (14 yrs) has never slept in one, and has only ever stuck his front paws in them to explore. I'm not sure if it's because the other two cats have "claimed" them, or if he doesn't trust them, because we mounted them pretty close to the ceiling. At any rate, they are the prettiest cat furniture I've ever seen, and match human furniture in terms of quality and durability. I'm glad my cats use them so often, especially for the price!
more for people & less for cats
i ordered 2 of these (directly from the manufacturer) & honestly, unless you’re using them on the floor with a bed inside, don’t waste your money. i’ve mounted them on the wall in a variety of places & the cats (22) just don’t like them. they’re incredibly beautiful & well made but my cats hate them as wall mounts.
