PetArmor Home Home and Carpet Spray will continue to kill flea eggs, larvae, and pupae for up to 210 days after application, therefore breaking the flea cycle for this time period. However, the product will only kill adult fleas and ticks for about 14 to 30 days after treatment.
When applied in a normal sweeping motion, one can should cover 500 square feet.
The sprays will take approximately 2 hours to dry. You are not required to leave the house during this time frame, but you should stay out of any treated rooms while the spray is drying.
Yes, once the spray is dry, you can resume your normal routine. We would recommend waiting for at least 2 hours after you sprayed the carpets/furniture. After this time frame, check to make sure that the carpets and furniture are dry.
We do not recommend spraying your linens directly. However, you can take the linens off of the bed and spray the mattress. While the mattress is drying, you may want to consider washing your bed linens to remove any fleas and/or flea eggs that might be on them. Wait a minimum of 2 hours before putting the linens back over the treated mattress.

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

I can’t say how well it works yet but the smell is OVERWHELMING. Def need to leave the house. Both my dogs have developed some sort of nose infection and runny nose a couple days after use. All animals were kept out of treated area over 6 hours and door closed to room. Also I can’t imagine anyone saying it has a fresh smell. It stinks terrible like chemicals for about 2 days after use then a light lingering smell. I have a small house and just misted one room at a time and opened windows. It will have to wipe out all fleas for me to consider ever purchasing again due to toxic smell.

We've been having the worst time with fleas this year, this is the 3rd brand of household spray we've tried and I like this the best. Using both the PetArmor household and pet spray, plus a monthly topical, we are slowly winning this battle. The household spray seems to need daily reinforcement but it does work. It has a smell that is not as harsh as the other brands, it still gives me a headache but not as badly and airs out quickly. I will continue to buy this for the price, effectiveness, and scent.
