They are just a simple stuffed mouse...but they are VERY easy for cats to bat around and their plump shape makes them very challenging for the cats to hold, so our 2 indoor overweight cats get some good excercise. They are also light enough that cats have hook their tail & flip them high into the air to 'catch' them again. They treat these like a real mouse. I always buy the big package so I can toss a few outside on the patio for the neighborhod colony cats to play with. They love them too. I recommend these. And so what if you lose them to under the stove & refrigerator in a few weeks...Chewy has plenty more where these came from..and they are inexpensive!
my cat was already obsessed with the tiny mice. we normally got the feathery/furry ones but they've all been dropped for these little guys. he'll carry them around anywhere he goes so he can have at least one with him. they seem a bit more durable as well.
my kittens are absolutely obsessed with these, as was my late senior cat. For the kittens, I cut off the tails because they've figured out how to unravel them and they are a hazard. But they don't need the tails- they chase them around maniacally. I keep a box of them on my desk and when the kittens are bothering me I just throw one to distract them.
Kitties played with strawberries for weeks, but these only seemed to be really fun for a few hours. I don’t know if not as much catnip or what. They didn’t fall apart and are cute. I don’t know why they didn’t have a longer fun value.
My 2.5 yr old cat loves chasing these around. So far he's only managed to rip one of these apart. He loves to chew on the tail when he catches one of them, and so far I haven't seen any pieces fall off the tail or any tears. I like to move the mice in a circular motion on the floor and that makes my cat go nuts. I wouldn't recommend unsupervised play though because the little ears on the mice do eventually come off, but they're really sturdy in general.
Of all the mice I have been given, these are my favorite. I do tear them up fairly quickly, but I love them!! Glad they come in a pack of 10.
My cat loves the gray ones. For some reason he doesn’t really like the tan colored ones. To me they don’t smell like anything. It would be really awesome if they would add. Fresher catnip or stronger ones. Give me a deal on 100 and I’ll buy it.!
My cats are both 10 years old and these little mice brought out some of their youthful energy! Great quality and I love their size. My dog even stole a few of them to play with & they are still intact-he typically destroys everything. 4 stars because after a few days, all of my animals lost interest in them.
My cats love these catnip mice, they play with them more then any other toy. I find they all over the house. I refresh them by putting them in a bag with catnip and leave them there for a couple weeks. They just love that.
I bought these for my new kittens. They were having so much fun with them that my 14-year-old cat Maxine demanded one of her own to play with!
