The problem is it does not tell you if your pet needs to avoid that substance or supplement their diet with it. I emailed 3 times and got 3 different answers. So at this point, it is useless to me without a valid interpretation. Look at the photo attached. So the HIGH IMBALANCE RESPONSE shows your pet may be depleted or overloaded. Huh??? So what to do now? This is useless information. I think this company gives false promises of actionable information.
