Are these good for bearded dragons

This size is great for larger dart frogs, baby chameleons, geckos, turtles, and soft-billed birds. Finch breeders choose this size for their breeding pairs and babies. Bearded dragon breeders choose this size for their hatchlings. Tropical fish enjoy smalls also.

Best food for my Gecko!

They last a full month, my only complaint is even for "small" they are still too big for my little guy! Other than that, good product for the money.

I bought these for my leopard geckos. They are smaller than I expected, but they did say small, so that is okay. Definitely would size up for my beardies. (The Leos gobbled them up, so I definitely should have bought more than one!). Highly recommend gut-loading these before feeding them to your lizard, but otherwise they are perfect.
