Our cat refuses to eat her food if liquid medication is mixed in, she’ll sniff it and walk away. Although she’s very sweet, she struggles with trust, and we still can’t handle her directly, which requires a great deal of patience and time. Whenever we need to take her to the vet or place her in a carrier, sedation is necessary beforehand. We are hoping to find a liquid sedative that she won’t detect in her food.

He won’t take it

The cat will not eat it. He doesn’t like the ace tablet either. I’m out of options unless you have another suggestion

How quickly it started working

I was hoping that it would put her totally to sleep. It made her loopy and affected her motor skills but it helped enough that I could pick her up and get her in

OK, but...

There were no instructions included on how to use the syringe bottle. I had to look it up on line.
