Does this kit help you get medication should the test come back positive for parasitic infection?

The basic fecal test does not include this service. The total fecal tests plus Giardia provide services following a positive test result.

Does it test for tapeworms and Giardia?

The basic does check for tape worms, but unfortunately it does not include Giardia.
