Feeding Instructions
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time.
Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days.
Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days.
Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days.
Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

I can't seem to get it here at chewys anymore and I want to shop chewys exclusively. May have to find something else but would rather not. It was extremely difficult finding this one in the first place. Don't know what's up.

I have been ordering both the shredded beef and shredded chicken for my dogs for a while. Four months ago I would have given it a five star review, however there has been a marked change in this product. My last shipment of both was 75% liquid and 25% shredded meat. Previously it was mostly meat. I will not be ordering this product again, which is a shame because I like the company and really liked the product. But to charge a high price for what is now mostly liquid is robbery.

Am still just introducing this into my dogs diet...they LOVE it. However, did find several pieces of gristly fat in the can. My dogs cannot have much fat as their breed has tendency toward pancreatitis. Would like to see the pieces of beef in smaller chunks. Some were very large so had to shred them myself. I hope to continue using this brand.
