This product does not have an automatic switch. As long as the plug is inserted into the socket, the heating pad will keep working. The heating pad passes through UL-certification.

Exceptional Cat House

We are impressed with the quality of this house. Every part is A+ from the wood, construction, roof,and heaters and covers. It's helpful I can remove the covers

We are impressed with the quality of this house. Every part is A+ from the wood, construction, roof,and heaters and covers. It's helpful I can remove the covers and wash them. The power cord is strong, heavy,and weather All pieces, screws, and parts were in the heavy, protective box making putting it together easy. We have 3 feral kitties who appeared this spring that we feed. We chose this shelter because we wanted them to be warm and safe this winter. They IMMEDIATELY went inside and made it home! I bought extra treats, catnip to entice them inside but didn't need it. They LOVE this cat house and we do too. They're inside the house every night and a good part of the every day. Not only are they warm, but they view this as their safe place. The heaters, one on each floor, get warm and cozy without being hot. It's big enough for 3 cats to share. Thanks Chewy for helping us ensure our feral kitties stay warm and safe!

He ate every bite

He is the pickiest eater. I have to doctor everything up with extras to get him to eat. So annoying. I served your food to him, with no extras. He ate it all and

Hoping it keeps working. I have 4 different kinds of expensive food in my freezer that he won't even touch. Fingers crossed.

This was the worse situation I have ever had. Federal express was three days late delivering this. When the guy finally showed up on Friday at 4:50pm he just dropped

This was the worse situation I have ever had. Federal express was three days late delivering this. When the guy finally showed up on Friday at 4:50pm he just dropped the box in the drive and kept on going. It didn't take him 7 hours to come from Chillicothe to Kingston. It wasn't Chewy's fault but federal express.

Now all we need is to come up with ways to keep them cool in the summer. This new design saves me a lot of time. I love the way that every design is better than the previous one.
