I chose this hutch for its removable tray, which makes cleaning much easier and keeps my bunny from sitting in waste which is a huge plus. The design allows easy access from multiple sides, and I love that I can leave it open so she can come and go freely. That said, there are a few issues worth noting. When it first arrived, the smell was quite strong and lingered for about a day, I had to air out the house. More concerning, urine tends to leak from the corners near the wheels, especially the back ones. I’ve started placing paper towels underneath just in case. Also, the roof shingles constantly shed. I’ve vacuumed and swept the roof multiple times, but the loose pieces keep coming off, which gets messy fast. Overall, it’s a functional and accessible hutch with thoughtful features, but it could use some improvements in build quality and sealing. Still, my bunny enjoys it, and that’s what matters most.

Its only Day 1 but the smell is bad. The chew toy missing. The middle part took a minute to figure out what way it goes. I love the little window tho and the wood

Perfect size for a small bunny
Only drawback is it is quite difficult to assemble. My Aunt and I spent an entire afternoon putting it together .

Disappointing! Several of the parts are warped or bent. One wheel was broken. Putting the "roof" on was an exercise of patience! The sides did not meet, causing
Disappointing! Several of the parts are warped or bent. One wheel was broken. Putting the "roof" on was an exercise of patience! The sides did not meet, causing the roof cap not properly covering the gap left. I redrilled holes to properly align the roof only then realizing the hutch as a whole is not square. The front door does not fully close as the top of the door is warped. I'd return this piece of trash, but I'd have to disassemble it in order to ship it. Don't waste your money!

Easy to set up, packaged great and can’t say anything a bad about the product. Extremely beautiful and great design. However it is for rodents/bunnies and their favorite thing to chew is wood. Mine ate the entire cage day one. Tried all sorts of bunny sprays and reinforcement, but it didn’t help. It has become a beautiful chew toy now which has created a thirst for all things wood. Tried positive reinforcement, but nothing can salvage the thirst for wood once it has been installed. Unfortunately, we had to revert back to the old cage. It’s a beautiful cage, but if your bunny buns, then it will not last more than a day for containment.

This hutch is not only ADORABLE but has really nice space for my big bunny! He loves the hutch so much. This hutch is durable and easy to assemble. Really is amazing

This is described as big enough for two small bunnies. I have a 3 lb bunny and this is not nearly enough space for him once I put it together. Honestly I wouldn’t
