I love the new rabbit hutch and I think our rabbit does too! It took a little time to put it together, but not too hard. She’s a pretty big rabbit and I wasn’t sure it would work, but she seems to be enjoying the two levels and the cubby hole. I wish the tray pulled out a little easier but it still controls the mess so much better. I should have bought it a long time ago!

I am currently out of town for work, and my wife is home with our 2 young children, who are special needs and already have enough on their plate and I didn’t think it would be such an issue as it wasn’t my fault the item arrived DAMAGED. I had to buy something else quickly before I left town for our new bunny. It was such an an inconvenience waiting for this bunny hutch for over a week and then all of a sudden it comes in damaged, to the point where i couldn’t even use it safely for my perfect little bunny I will definitely not be shopping from chewy, ever again, and will be sharing my experience with everyone i know to make sure they don’t shop with chewy so they don’t have to experience the same a loss as i did , and such terrible customer service.

Big Disappointment
This has to be the worst purchase since I started ordering from Chewy. From the way it looked when pulled out of box it must have been sitting in the Chewy warehouse
This has to be the worst purchase since I started ordering from Chewy. From the way it looked when pulled out of box it must have been sitting in the Chewy warehouse for years. The pieces were either splintered or discolored. It's hard to clean, guinea pig poop and urine stick and stain wood even though I use pee pads. It's one big chew toy for my pig. Do not recommend for anyone who wants it for a rabbit or guinea pig. I'm already looking to replace it. Not worth the money I paid for it.

Nice But Not As Expected
It was chipped in areas prior to putting it together. Tray gets stuck easily. The hay bin doesn’t hold much and makes a mess. The tray also doesn’t catch the urine;
