Another door

The design would work better for my two bunnies and me if there were a 4th door. It’s very difficult to reach the bottom right corner.

Almost perfect!

Missing the chew toy, but otherwise a great product! I chose to put the wire basket on the bottom since bunnies poo when they eat so the wire mesh would filter poo

Missing the chew toy, but otherwise a great product! I chose to put the wire basket on the bottom since bunnies poo when they eat so the wire mesh would filter poo out of the cage. It was simple with some small zip zipties. I added felt to the top to make a cozy comfy sleeping area. Instructions were easy to follow and I built it by myself (mom of 3) in under 2 hours with a small battery powered drill.

terrible quality - avoid

This is absolutely abysmal quality. The wood is reminiscent of those balsa wood airplanes - lightweight, brittle, and soft. Only pieces where the screw goes completely

This is absolutely abysmal quality. The wood is reminiscent of those balsa wood airplanes - lightweight, brittle, and soft. Only pieces where the screw goes completely through are pre-drilled, leaving you to either drive the screws in (which splits the wood) or pre-drill your own holes (which causes the screws to just rip back out as the wood is so soft that there isn't enough bite). There are several areas of damage that have obviously been filled with sawdust and wood glue and poorly painted over (and some weren't even painted over). It just looks really janky and cheap and the ramp fell apart while I was unboxing it. The trays do not slide out smoothly and take absolutely perfect alignment and even pressure with both hands to get them to slide in and out. It's just wood on wood - no gliders or anything to make it easy to move. If the wood swells up at all from moisture, it will not be removeable. The directions were terrible. I've assembled far more than my fair share of flat-pack furniture over the years and these had one of the most illogical sequences I've ever seen. They call for both back panels to be screwed in before the fronts, but the panels have dowels that prohibit the front from being added once the backs are attached. This needs to be assembled from one side to the other. This also calls for adding the casters on after the structure is built, which is way more difficult because of the rickety nature and the pitched roof which prevents this from sitting flat when turned upside-down. The locking casters are supposed to go on the back legs, which makes them hard to reach and really impractical. Back to the soft nature of this wood...my bunny started chewing on the treads of the ramp immediately and did substantial damage in 15 minutes. He's going to eat this entire thing if left to his own devices. Forget about using this outside - this wood will absolutely not stand up to moisture or humidity. The instructions even specify that this can only be spot cleaned...how is this supposed to stand up to the elements? The only good thing I have to say about this ordeal is that Chewy has an excellent customer satisfaction policy and made this right for me. Do not waste your money or time on this. It is total junk.

Should of skipped it.

I Really like the look of the rabbit hutch but one of the pieces was very badly split but we decided to still put it together hoping that it will not fall apart

I Really like the look of the rabbit hutch but one of the pieces was very badly split but we decided to still put it together hoping that it will not fall apart. Some of the other pieces were damaged but not as bad. We were very careful with putting it together and went very slowly but still more pieces split. Some pieces were missing the gray in some areas. The bottom door only opens on one side and it doesn't line up properly so it's a problem shutting it. I am shopping for a different one that is better quality. If I would of got one that didn't have so many issues I would of definitely gave it 5 stars because I really do like how it looks.

Mostly solid quality

The tray part is a little iffy. For the most part it’s well made. A good size for dwarf rabbits or one bunny with a run. My bunny loves it, and it’s light so moving

My bunny loves it, and it’s light so moving it is easy to I wish the wires were a little farther apart on the sides so the feeders for rabbits fit better. My bunny likes it. We have it in his outside yard on the nice weather days. He does like to nibble it so I’ll have to replace it.
