This hutch should be cleaned and treated regularly. Be sure to use wood cleaning products and varnish that are animal-safe. Find a place that is as sheltered as possible to avoid wear and tear from the weather. We recommend painting the hutch again after half a year to extend the service time.

Quality of wood is poor, terrible chemical smell, roofing falling everywhere, roof not properly aligned for screws. Very wobbly and cheaply made for price. Most

They only reason that I take away a star is because there were some screws that's didn't go in right and one of the awnings doesn't fit tightly against the structure,

Two floors and big window for sunlight

This was perfect for our stray (pregnant) cat. She adapted to it so well and had 4 beautiful babies in it. She seems to feel very safe, warm and protected in it

This was perfect for our stray (pregnant) cat. She adapted to it so well and had 4 beautiful babies in it. She seems to feel very safe, warm and protected in it. Top floor is great for feeding because she doesn't have to go far from the babies. We like that it is off the ground and has a sturdy roof. We have it on a covered porch. If it was out in the weather we would probably caulk or seal it in a few places.

Item arrived damaged. The wood was split in multiple places and the plastic window was cracked. If it wasn’t such a large item, I would have sent it back, but I thought it would be too much of a hassle so I just cut my losses. Don’t waste your money like I did! It’s also embarrassing that Chewy is even selling this piece of junk. I’ve always thought of Chewy as a high quality pet supply store that can be trusted, but not anymore.
