Instructions
Aivituvin products have been treated with a non-hazardous, water-based painting, which provides initial protection from weather conditions, but the product should be treated regularly if used outside. Wood dries out when not maintained and can become cracked, warp or become unsightly. For this reason, you should thoroughly clean and treat your pet’s hutch regularly. Make sure to use wood cleaning products and varnish that are animal-safe. Find a place that is as sheltered as possible to avoid wear and tear from the weather. We suggest you can paint the hutch again after half a year to extend the service time. least once per week, remove all bedding and wash enclosure with a mild soap solution. Rinse cage thoroughly with clean water to ensure the removal of soap residue. Frequency of cage cleaning depends on the size of your pet’s home and number of animals. Always replace bedding with fresh product. Maintaining a clean cage will keep your pet from developing respiratory problems due to ammonia build up in the cage caused by urine. Used bedding should be discarded.

This was a good idea but not a great one. We had some issues to start with the wood cracking and stability issues. I looked the idea of room to run but the quality just wasn’t something that was built to last. The hutch didn’t even last 8 months before it started to break and fall apart. If you’re looking for a temporary hutch it would work but it’s not built for long term use.
The Aivituvin Rabbit Hutch has worked out wonderfully for me!
The hutch folds up so I can easily move it to another room, or even take it outside on the patio for a couple of days. Wheels are perfect so as to help me move
The hutch folds up so I can easily move it to another room, or even take it outside on the patio for a couple of days. Wheels are perfect so as to help me move it around easily! The only problem is, I do see spaces near the flooring, (in some areas) so hay or other debris may leak out. Luckily, my rabbit is potty trained in a box so the leakage is not my experience.
A Disaster
I'm sorry to report this hutch is nothing short of a disaster. The lower tray leaks because the sliding trays do not fit properly. The trays are very hard to pull
I'm sorry to report this hutch is nothing short of a disaster. The lower tray leaks because the sliding trays do not fit properly. The trays are very hard to pull out and get back in, and the wire latches are made from cheap material that are hard to latch. This hutch's description boasts it is "chew proof." This is not true. The only "chew proof" component is a thin strip of metal-like material along the inside ladder. The rest of the hutch is like one big wooden chewing toy. I really wanted to love this hutch, but it is simply poorly made and not worth the money. I do still love Chewy. When I called to explain the situation, they immediately offered to refund my money once I send the hutch back. Thank you, Chewy.com!
