Floor rotted

After 2 years with regular monthly coop changes the floor rotted through and it's been really hard to just order a new floor piece.

I was excited to use this for my chickens but truth be told the material is very “cheap” and there was multiple steps which became impossible to assemble as is due to factory defects. Considering returning but taking it apart after this point of having to add wood glue and extra nails would break it even more.
