Instructions
products have been treated with a non-hazardous, water-based painting, which provides initial protection from weather conditions, but the product should be treated regularly if used outside. Wood dries out when not maintained and can become cracked, warp or become unsightly. For this reason, you should thoroughly clean and treat your pets hutch regularly. Make sure to use wood cleaning products and varnish that are animal-safe. Find a place that is as sheltered as possible to avoid wear and tear from the weather. We suggest you can paint the hutch again after half a year to extend the service time.
It was super easy to put together. We recommend 2 people and 45 minutes. And you just need to prepare a hand screwdriver or cordless drill.
All of our cages will come flat packed. It came with a sufficient pictorial manual. Screws were in marked plastic bags. Panels are stamped and come ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel rods that fit nicely into pre-drilled holes(pre-drilling will prevent any cracks and preserve sturdiness while keeping wood intact).

This product is very spacious. While I haven’t actually put my guinea pig in it yet, I can tell she will love it. It came very fast in the mail, and isn’t very hard to assemble with just 1 person and a screw driver, it just took a bit more time. Make sure you let it air out a few days before putting any pets in because it comes straight out the box smelling very strongly of wood/pine. A few of the plastic on the trays weren't fully glues on, and the plastic fell of the second I pulled them out of the box. Luckily that was the only damage and it was easy to glue back together.

Provides a lot of room. It’s much more aesthetically Pleasing than the simple wire cage I had before. Holds three Guinea pigs. I put this together by myself and it took a long time because I did not have a drill. Not easy to do with only a screwdriver, but two people are not necessary if you’re worried about that. As they’ve only lived in it for a couple of days, I cannot comment on longevity, but I can say that looks nice and all parts arrived in great condition. My only issue to report is the wood is already being chewed on and is easy to chip, but we all know that’s normal for these kinds of animals.

Sturdy
This was easy to put together. It's sturdy and my bunnies love it. It's spacious with plenty of room to move and stand. They love going up and down the ramp.

I’ve had this product for less than 3 months. It originally never went together correctly and even inside the wood is already beginning to warp. The trays have no liner on them and hardly slide in and out of the slider grooves making the cage extremely difficult to clean. The trays stain and collect waste. The bottom on the trays is made from a horrible material that scares my rabbit when he walks on it and startles us when he runs around; there is a constant nails on chalkboard sound. I’m most disappointed with the quality of the wood and the overhead doors bending in half. The instructions were also horrible to follow. I’ll be looking for a new cage.

I bought 3 a couple months ago and I’ve been struggling to get them built. Directions are not super clear so it’s easy to put the panel on backwards as they’re not labeled well and it does matter if you put it on upside down, self-tapping screws but only half the holes are pre-drilled so you end up attaching them in the wrong spot and redoing it leaving a mess of holes and sometimes the screws get stuck half way and won’t drill in any farther. Plus, you use a drill to get the screw in and a screwdriver to tighten it up, how backwards is that. such a frustrating nightmare that my rabbits haven’t even gotten to try them out
