I actually didn't mean to order this- I had it saved in my cart while I was comparing others and accidentally added it to my monthly auto-ship order. I was going to return it, until I compared what I could get for the same money and we decided to keep it. It went together pretty easily and seems very sturdy. I love the metal framing, wind flap door, hinged top roof, and insulation/heating kit for the colder months. This will stay under a covered patio for us, but the roof is legit roofing material if it was going to be out in the weather. Also, the finish is like a white-wash stain, and I might paint it to seal it better if it wasn't under a cover. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it and my dog seems cozy and happy!
