Easy to put together

Using it for cats and kittens. Works great and the kitties love it. Safe warm place for them.

It seems very sturdy but the problem is it is supposed to be heated. The instructions are incomplete. There is no way to run the cord out of the house unless you run it through the door. Or cut a hole through the insolation and the dog house. Very disappointed. Will never buy from them again. We contacted the company. They never responded. I contacted chewy and they had no answer about how to run the cord out of the house without cutting a hole through everything. They only offered a refund.
