I was disappointed when I first opened box I thought I had ordered the heated version. I would have sent back and reordered however it took a week to get to me and

I was disappointed when I first opened box I thought I had ordered the heated version. I would have sent back and reordered however it took a week to get to me and temps are dropping extremely low temps in a few days. But this one was at least easy and quick to put together.

Room for the whole family

This litter of kittens showed up with their mommy on August 18. I'm quite sure I fed them their first meal. They have been here nearly two months. I am now able to pet one of them, but they are still quite skiddish. No luck yet with finding their forever homes. With winter on the way, I wanted to make sure I could provide them with food, water and shelter. We put the house together a couple weeks ago and also insulated the walls with thick sheets of styrofoam and added a pet heating pad. They like laying on top of the house but last night, I saw them go in it for the first time-my heart is full! :)

Good material, easy to assemble

Needed a weatherproof cathouse for a feral cat and this is very sturdy, easy to assemble and quality material. The weatherproof door flap was missing from the box

Needed a weatherproof cathouse for a feral cat and this is very sturdy, easy to assemble and quality material. The weatherproof door flap was missing from the box but I still give it 5 stars. The cat took to it on day 2 and love that it has the main entrance room and a smaller connected room for extra coziness

Generally fine, but some big issues

It's functional and great to house cats. Building it was fine. The big issue in question would be the two rooftops, in that the screws that a pre-screwed for you

It's functional and great to house cats. Building it was fine. The big issue in question would be the two rooftops, in that the screws that a pre-screwed for you have faltered in their strength only a few weeks in and do not remained fixed to the roof. This issues makes the rooftops completely removable, which is not what they're supposed to do. I'm planning to use longer screws to fix this issue, but for the amount you pay for this product, you'd think the pre-assembled parts would hold properly. Other than the screws on the roof, the product is fine.

I'd give it 5 stars but it has an incredibly pungent smell (hoping it goes awayl and roof hinges were missing screws. I agree with others about the poor roofing

For the price, it's a great buy for ferals (if it stops smelling). Hoping momma brings her kittens here to be safe.
