Is this leash okay for a shorkie puppy that’s about 5 pounds?

The Small leash is suitable for Small breed dogs and the Large is suitable for Large breed dogs.

Great quality leash

This leash is the perfect length for my little Yorkie. He doesn't get tangled up in it, but can wander a perfect distance from me and our other 2 dogs. This leash won't fray at the edges like the leash before did (It's the same brand I've had for our Husky for the past 2 years). Beautiful color as well!

Thicker and heavier

This leash was thicker and heavier than expected. My little puppy will not be able to support the leash even with me holding most of the weight.
