This product was intended for dogs with thick necks. This product adds two inches to the dog's neck circumference.
What are the measurements of this item and how wide is the velcro. I am using this for another purpose.

The extender is 12” long and 8.5 “ wide. The width of the Velcro Hook is 1.5” wide. The width of the Velcro Loop (soft material) is 1.25” wide.

Isn’t this to heavy ? How heavy is this ? My dog weighs 90 lbs
