Does the waterproofing wear off after many washes?

Allisandro has conducted lab tests and found that the waterproofing remains effective for at least 30 machine washes. However, they have not determined the maximum number of washes, as testing beyond 30 cycles would require excessive water usage.

Purchased this for 1 of my fur babies hoping it would not slide around. The bottom is anti-slip, unfortunately the top is still slick. When she tries to stand, her paws slide on the bed. It does seem to be good quality. Would be nice if the top was less slick.
