As a matter of fact I Meant to contact you. My last order the main box was fine but I inside box of was smashed at the bottom. Then another box was cover in spider

As a matter of fact I Meant to contact you. My last order the main box was fine but I inside box of was smashed at the bottom. Then another box was cover in spider webs and even had a bead moth hanging in it. Pretty gross. Pictures attached.

First and Last Order of this Recipe

My cats will normally eat anything that Almo Nature makes (and they eat a wide variety of their foods), but this was a huge no-go. I had two taste it and they ended

My cats will normally eat anything that Almo Nature makes (and they eat a wide variety of their foods), but this was a huge no-go. I had two taste it and they ended up with the most foul smelling movements in the litter box that we tossed all the litter in the box as well. Nothing about the food looked odd or smelled any differently than your typical Almo Nature food, large and small chunks of tuna in a good amount of gravy, but it just wasn't for my crew. We even opened several pouches to make sure it wasn't just that one either. It's always worth a shot to try different Almo Nature recipes the rest of this one will be donated though.
