Instructions
This product is used to eliminate pet satins and odors. Fill bottle with 16oz of lukewarm water. Add Concentrated Stain & Odor Remover liquid 1.1oz and fill bottle with an additional 16oz of lukewarm water. Remove any particulates from the mess left behind from the pet. Spray directly on affected area enough to cover the entire soiled area. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes. Stubborn or set in stains will require more than one application. Do not use with other cleaners.
- Fill bottle with 16 oz of lukewarm water. Add Concentrated Stain & Odor Remover Liquid and fill bottle with an additional 16 oz of lukewarm water. Attach sprayer to bottle and shake well.

This is just awful. They ruined Nature’s Miracle with a nauseating floral smell so I bought this to be “ environmentally friendly “ but it smells even worse. The directions say to cover the area with a wet towel after applying to “ activate the enzymes” What? Plus you let it sit for 8 hrs. or overnight. I don’t have the time to have this stinking wet mess sitting around. Guess I’ll have to continue shopping around.

I have used many pet odor remover products and this one has a very fresh and light scent and is not overwhelming. It does a great job at removing urine odor. The products I normally use are enzymatic and have a much stronger smell to them and although effective the combined odor of the spray and the product usually drives me from the room. This product did not do that, was very tolerable, and left the room with a fresh air freshener scent. I cannot speak to a stain removal as my pets have not had an accident on the carpet since I receive the product. I have only used it for over sprays in the litter cabinet. Despite cat urine being one of the most malodorous and lingering scents, this product has managed to dispel the smell even in warmer temperatures.

This stuff seems to work pretty well. It’s easy to just mix the stuff together & it makes a lot of spray. I like ingredients, there’s nothing that’s toxic to my furbabies in there. I have cats that occasionally puke up hair balls or their food if they eat too fast. I’ve sprayed this on messes after removing particles & used it on some older stains that needed a second cleaning from other products not setting it out . I only left it on for several minutes , it does say for stains to cover with wet cloth & leave on for 8 hours but I can’t do that with a dog & 6 cats, at least one of them will try & eat it or play with it. It did get out some stains that other stuff left behind. I do like the smell more than other products I’ve used. It smells a little bit like candy to me, it disappears quickly though if you don’t like it. Overall I’d say it works, luckily I haven’t had a really tough stain to have to try & get out. Since it has non toxic ingredients ,this is definitely worth a try.
Pet stains and odors are the worst
I have a lot of fur babies and I seem to constantly be cleaning up a mess. I am always looking for a good product. Alzoo had a pleasant smell. Worked on both carpet

I liked and didn't like that you have to mix yourself. It is stronger because it isn't premixed sitting in a bottle. I'm not the best at pouring stuff into spray bottles without spilling some. A small funnel works. So far no repeat offenders on the areas i used this product.

Love that it comes in a reusable bottle. My only complaint is that I don't love the smell, but it goes away quickly. Will likely purchase again!
Helps remove stain, but stain remains
I am smell sensitive, and the scent was just a little strong. However, the smell went away after it started drying. I applied it to a carpet that had a cat barf

I applied it to a carpet that had a cat barf stain on it that sat there overnight and it resisted multiple efforts on my part to get rid of. I applied the product and let it sit for eight hours and then shampooed it. It lightened up a little bit, so I thought I’d try again. It lightened it up some more but did not totally remove the stain.

What I really liked about it was all of feel-good things about this product was it's made in the USA, made from recycled materials, cruelty free and a reusable bottle. The very first stain I tried it on simply disappeared in front of my eyes. I dabbed it a little bit with a paper towel and it was gone!
