I had an Andis Clipper for several years and loved it. I purchased this pair expecting the same quality. The quality feels poor to me. The clippers feel bulky and cheap. The panel even vibrated open. The actual trimming is rough as well. I would return them but threw away the box. That’s how sure I was that I would love them like my other set. I feel I wasted all this money.

I purchased this clipper for my 11 Shitzu/Bichon mix dog. I’ve used it 8 times and for the past three uses the power button gets stuck and it not turn off. I’m very disappointed with this clipper. I hope there is something Chewy and or Andis can do to rectify this matter, it was not a cheap purchase.
