It began quite well, with tremendous customer service in getting the order squared away. Upon seeing and handling the the collar, I was pleased in that it met my expectations. However, I would have preferred riveted rather than screw-on spikes. Which does not detract from my satisfaction. We shall see how it stands up with this winter’s snow.

I ordered the 26 inch collar for my mastiff mix pup. Ii may be 26 inches long but it fits like a 24 inch collar so I had to punch in an additional hole. Its expensive

Its expensive but made out of cheap man-made materials. My pup has been wearing it for maybe two weeks and the studs are falling off. I truly regret this purchase.
