Is this a plug in or hard wire? Can you show the end of it?

The pump speed controller comes with a plug and is ready for use right out of the box. The pump you are trying to control the speed on will simply plug into the VAC15A, and the VAC15A will plug directly into a dedicated household outlet. See the included photo for more details.
