I have tried a few different automatic cat boxes and I like the simple design of this one. It’s easier to clean then alot of them as it’s super light weight and everything just easily snaps together. Set up was very simple and you barely needed instructions to get it put together. It has a nice app that comes with it to help you keep track of the status of the box. There is a sensor like most auto boxes that stops it if a cat enters the box while it is in the middle of a cleaning cycle. It does a great job of separating the clean and used litter. It comes with a roll of bag liners for the dirty litter so you can use it for awhile before you need to buy new bags. The one downside and also upside is that it is on the smaller side. This is great for the fact it doesn’t take up a lot of space, but it isn’t inviting for a lot of cats. Mine definitely were reluctant to go in at first so it took a few weeks before they both willingly would use it. Now they choose it over the regular box as it’s always clean for them.

It doesn't show when the cat uses the bathroom, most of the time the button to manually clean the box is on "pause" (as if it's mid-cycle, but it isn't) and you can't do anything about it, and it doesn't automatically clean 2 minutes after it's used like it's supposed to. And when it does cycle, it freezes halfway through the process and the button on the box needs to be pushed, or else it just hangs out with the litter tray upside-down and the dirty litter bin fully exposed. So if you're not home to constantly monitor it, you're screwed. It's an absolute waste of money.

Simple set up and super quiet

The set up was simple. It did come with instructions that made it seem more difficult than it actually was. There's also a quick start guide with a QR code to download

The set up was simple. It did come with instructions that made it seem more difficult than it actually was. There's also a quick start guide with a QR code to download the app. Included on that guide is an email address where you can send any questions you might have. I downloaded the app and paired my robot litter box and the two connected right away. I watched it run a cycle, then cycled it several more times through the app. The only place I found where my cat could possibly get hurt would be if this was in the middle of a cycle and he jumped in while it was dumping to the bottom pan. I tested it using one of my dogs elk antler bones for weight. While it was cycling I dropped the bone into that area. It stopped immediately and reversed itself to open that bottom pan completely. It didn't move again until I took the bone out and it continued its cycle. We've only had it a couple days and my cat hasn't worked up the courage to venture inside yet, but that's normal for him, he takes his time. I will say it's a lot bigger than I thought, so I haven't found a permanent home for it yet. But considering my cat is 14 lb, it's big enough for him without him feeling cramped inside.

This is a quality product. I like the APP that will let you know when it needs cleaned and when to change the air freshener. I have four cats, two are 15 and two are three and four. The two older ones would not use it but the two younger ones did. It seems a bit tall for older cats especially if they have any mobility issues. Initially I had issues connecting the App to the internet however I was finally able to get it setup and it worked well.

I've been wanting to try one of these robot litter things forever now. Lo and behold, one has graced me with its presence! My joy of finally having one of these glorious inventions was short-lived due to the brainless cats with whom I dwell. The litter box is easy to assemble, cute, compact, and has an app - all the things I wanted! And what do my four-legged furry idiots do? Treat it like its plague-infested! No one has entered it, let alone pooped or peed it in. I will keep trying, because I am tired of scooping litter! I'm getting old! I need a break. Please!

This product was super easy to put together. I really liked the easy to empty litter disposal bin at the bottom. The bags attach in a way that holds them in place, making it easy to swap them out when it's full. It's big enough for my larger cat but overall compact in size so it doesn't take up excess space in the bedroom. It's nice that you can turn off sound and the indicator light.

I just received the litterbox so it has been in operation for 5 days. So far so good, 2 of 3 cats used it right away they jumped right in. The 3rd cat is still very skeptical but i think he may use it in time. It is surprisingly quiet and there is no smell. The instructions need some updating to make them easier to understand. I have not used any other automatic litter box so this is my first experience with one and i am very happy so far.

This is a very nice alternative to a traditional litter box, however my old kitty hasn't gone in it yet. It is a little high off the ground and I put a step up

This is a very nice alternative to a traditional litter box, however my old kitty hasn't gone in it yet. It is a little high off the ground and I put a step up for him, but the space inside is a little narrower than he's used to and the step up may have him trepidatious. I haven't given up hope yet, but I'm not willing to take his other box away as he has some digestive issues and don't want the aftermath all over the floor.

What a gigantic disaster. First of all, it is massive! If it was a product I liked, it might be worth the space it takes. But it is not so it is not. You could maybe hide it in a closet, but only if you have an outlet in your closet. Who has outlets in their closet? The instructions do not remotely meet the definition of “instructions”. Why even print something so useless?! There is absolutely nothing, not one thing useful about this mammoth of a thing. And don’t get me started on the app - the useless data sucker that I will be deleting from my phone as soon as this piece of junk hits the curb for the trash collector. Anyone who is too lazy to scoop the litter box deserves this thing. Oh and yeah, first, I’m going to give my cat 2 minutes to show how much litter she can throw out that massive open door.

This is the first smart litterbox I've ever had. I love it! 1 of my cats use it regularly and the other one just watches it so far but she is interested in it. I like that i can go onto the app and see how often its being used and also do a cleaning. I usually empty the tray every few days. The first time I went to empty it there were a few nats in it. After that time i just started adding alittle litter to the tray after cleaning to help with any wetness and I've had no problems since. So far this has been a Great Product.
