Can I feed this to blood red cichlids?

These pellets are not recommended for cichlids.

Is it okay for my ghost shrimp to eat these pellets? They fall to the floor since they’re sinking pellets once my tetras are done with them and my shrimp love to eat them. Is that okay?

Food descends to quickly. Some fish in the tank ate a few pellets on their way down, some fish mouthed a pellet and then rejected it. Most pellets found the gravel

Our fish gobble this up. It doesn't hang around long. The bottom feeders clean up anything that is left. Doesn't cloud up the water. So I guess if the fish eat
