Is this live rock similar to Carib Sea? Is it pest free, and man made?

Unlike live rock, this reef rock is completely free of pests, hitchhikers, and organic decay. These rocks are man-made. This was a great buy and if my tank was larger I would buy more! I had very sizeable pieces and smaller but still reasonably size pieces as well. I could have easily broken down the two largest and really put together a very customized scape. GREAT BUY!
