Another reviewer said that aquarium heaters are very unreliable and that half of them purchased don't work and I have found that to be the case with my new setup

I purchased this heater which is highly recommended and which has worked for some people beautifully for 3 years but the one I purchased first time, bam, nothing. And there's a cold front coming. Really a bad deal with my fish but I can keep the tank heated with a cheapo heater for a little while. Also something weird was going on with Chewy not being able to pull up my account and now I may have afraid that they may have charged the wrong credit card and refunded the wrong credit card but I'll deal with that later. Life is complicated. Ask any fish keeper!

Its a gamble if your heater will work or not. Returned two. The company is in Poland so the warranty info is difficult to navigate. Will try Cobalt next time.
