Just WHY?

The box Chewy shipped in was held together by box tape. Totally crushed on all sides. ZERO packing. Now then, I don't understand that the box the reef salt comes

The box Chewy shipped in was held together by box tape. Totally crushed on all sides. ZERO packing. Now then, I don't understand that the box the reef salt comes in is extremely heavy duty. Why not just slap the shipping label on the box it comes in. Its waaay heavier duty than what it was shipped in. I plan on re-purchasing the same in the future. Might consider this, it'll save you a box.
