Not pumping water correctly

I brought this filtration system in hopes that it would help keep my turtle tank water cleaner for my 40 Gal breeder tank. I have to say I am very pleased with how efficient it is. The three different methods to deliver the water is also a great way to have water flow into the tank. I had a small issue setting up the system and had to call Chewy to get help. The answered my call quickly and set me up with an Aqueon help desk representative nearly as fast who walked me through setting it up with no issue. I would recommend this system to other Aquatic turtle owners.
