How to use: Easily fix inside of a vivarium, rest upon a wire meshed glassed terrarium, hang above an enclosure or hang within (where safe to do so). Then simply change the lamp once a year.

Product Care: Unplug from the mains and allow to cool. Gently wipe with a dry cloth to clean away any dust.

I've used other arcadia reptile products but this one is trash. Does not do what it describes! The app is absolutely horrible and customer service acts like it's

I've used other arcadia reptile products but this one is trash. Does not do what it describes! The app is absolutely horrible and customer service acts like it's basic knowledge. Right now I have to turn the light upside-down to get it to turn on... doesn't dim past 25% and it doesn't turn on by itself. I want my money back
