I was really hoping these Archway Single Ingredient Sustainable Fish Dehydrated Cat Treats would be a hit, but sadly none of my four cats were into them. The pieces are pretty big for cat treats, so a couple of my cats didn’t even try to chew them. I do love that they’re a single-ingredient, sustainably sourced fish treat—that’s a big plus for me—and the quality looks great. They just weren’t a match for my picky crew. If your cats like strong fishy flavors and don’t mind a crunch, these might work better for you than they did for us.

Nice little resealable bag. The individual treats are bigger than I was expecting for cats, so he has to take multiple bites for each treat. I have one cat who hates freeze-dried treats, so I thought he wouldn’t like these being dehydrated either, but turns out that he is a fan of these! Our second cat smelled them and then refused to even try them. Our dog thinks they are great, so the pets give these 2 out of 3.
A little too big
I love everything about this but the pieces were just a little too big and hard and I didn't feel comfortable giving a whole one to my kitties. I would break it

I gave these treats to all 5 of my cats. They range in age amd size. And none of them will eat these treats. They seemed interested. Excitedly smelling them, however

Excitedly smelling them, however they just walked away every time i tried to give them one. I like that the ingredients are straight forward. Dehydrated cod, thats all. I like that there isn't an overwhelming fish odor when you open the bag. I like that the treats are crunchy, thats great for my cats teeth. Each treat is a generous size. I think its worth the cost for someone who's cat is actually willing to eat it. Unfortunately it's not mine.

This Silver Carp cat treat gets a A+ for sustainability. It is a single ingredient, dried treat made from an onvasive species. The treat itself is small, flat and somewhat hard. As other reviewers have mentioned, these might be too large for some cats. One of my cats took right to them and was able to eat a few. My other cat couldn't figure them out. Shecwas interested in the smell and licked them. Even when I broke the treat into smaller pieces she was not a fan. My pugs also love them! I think these are such a grear idea!

These are healthy treats that 4 out of my 6 cats love. Tugger & Ralphie go a little crazy for them and try to steal everyone else's. The treats are sourced from and made in the US. I love that there are no fillers and packed with protein! They are priced about $12 a bag. I don't think that's a bad price at all considering how healthy they are. Love that Archway is an environmentally conscious company! I give these treats to my kitties as a treat once a day. I have to or the bag wouldn't last a day with these crazy cats! The treats are a little large and I noticed they were sliding around on the floor because it was hard for the kitties to pick up (my kitties won't take treats from my hand). I started breaking them up into smaller pieces. Plus, the kitties think they're getting more treats that way.

We have 9 cats. We use treats as treats so our cats know to expect treats when the treat jar is picked up. So I tried these at the ultimate time; when they were expecting treats. It was certainly a mixed review (as anyone with multiple cats will tell you, no two cats are the same). 7 of 9 licked the treats as is, whole crunchy disc. None would eat it whole. When I broke each disc into 4 bite size pieces, 5 of the 9 ate it and asked for more. So my review is as follows- may be more appealing in smaller bites (most treats are bite sized and it may be what my cats are used too). Doesn’t smell too strongly (good for pawrents, not so good if you are trying to entice cats). Too big pieces for my cats (had to break each into quarters before my royalty would dine). 5 of 9 cats agreed it was acceptable (so you may just have to try it and see if it appeals to your baby, fish is not top priority to some). Some definite pros: the package was excellent and easy to use, the treats themselves were well made and easily broke into quarters, I loved that it was wild caught, allergy friendly, and not a lot of ingredients. Cons include not smelly enough to appeal to carnivores who depend on smell to food entice and too big of pieces that have to be broken up for delicate cat sensibilities. Your cat/cats might think differently and 5 of my 9 cats say give it a try!

I'm new to freeze dried options but I like these lightweight 'coin-like' treats. I especially like that they're a healthier option than many other treats on the market.

Size of product was too large for my cats and the round treat was very difficult to break so I cut them into smaller pieces. Cats sniffed around them but did not eat. The reason I even gave it ONE star was that my Doodles loved them so I am using them as a training treat for the dogs!
