Bella, our Siberian Husky / German Shepherd mix, lays on our concrete driveway in the shade or on the deck when she is outside. Sometimes she lays in the moist dirt during these South Carolina summers. She already has a fan, lots of water, a 2"wading pan, a shaded and covered house. She has a similar mat inside but this new one is thicker and softer.

A lady I know travels all around town caring for colonies of homeless dogs and cats who have no shelter or food. I was assisting her in creating some sort of shelter and some comforts for them - cooling mats for relief from the summer heat, and other measures for comfort in the winter (self -warming mats and blankets). Pop-up tents for shelter. I hope these cooling mats will bring some relief from the summer heat. Poor babies...

Moldy/tissue stuck to mat

I had a similar issue as another customer. I didn't think to take pictures of it, but the tissue paper was stuck to the mat, had a brown residue, and had what looked like mold. I didn't get a chance to open the package until after the return deadline. Very disappointed because the mat otherwise feels cool to the touch. Will need to throw it out. Very defective & unhealthy.
