  • Good as a treat mostly

    By on

Melody is an 11 yr old Boston Terrier. She has had some teeth pulled and does not like very hard dental cleaning treats. She really likes these, and they seem to be working on her breath; but, she isn't chewing them for more than 15 seconds, so the tooth-cleaning aspect of these chews is really not there for her.

  • very good for older dogs

My dog doesn't have many teeth left so I bought this to see if he would be able to finish this chew. I tried other chews but he was unable to finish them. These are just right for him to have a treat and be able to finish it.

  • Old Dog Breath Beaten

    By on

My most sweet 14 yr old pug has had 5 teeth pulled and more are wobbly. He certainly manages to eat any and all that comes his way; no concern there. But my beloved 30 lb. pot roast had the most dreadful breath. A kiss on the nose kept one feeling quite green (not sustainably green; more green about the gills ill). But NO MORE, now he enjoys one as a treat after dinner, his breath is no longer even noticeable. Seriously, these work and he loves them. The green colored spongey ones sure don't seem as tasty looking as the brown log style he started on, but he eagerly takes them as well and they seem super effective.

  • Fresh breath

    By on

I do have to break these up for my senior dog ...she is missing most of her teeth. But she does seem to like them and they work well. My younger dog is not crazy about them, but will eat them after it sits in front of her for a few seconds.

  • Good dental treat

    By on

This is a great dental treat for our dogs that are smaller and older - they can chew it easily and their teeth look great. And they seem to love the taste!

  • Went Over Well

    By on

I've only given these to my dogs a couple of times but they seem to like them just fine and they didn't upset their stomach at all. I have a 10-year-old chihuahua and an 8-year-old min pin. The chihuahua is missing a couple of teeth but that doesn't stop him from chewing on bones and bully sticks. However, I wanted something a little more focused on oral health because they don't like having their teeth brushed and I would like to limit the cleanings they need as they get older because of the anesthesia. The 10-year-old has had one cleaning and these are much less expensive!

  • Actually helps

    By on

My 14 year old rescue has always had bad teeth, many had to be pulled and several teeth cleanings. Poor thing still has stinky breath but this product has helped, not cured but there is a difference.

  • Great concept

None of my dogs would eat them. Great concept but a waste of money!

  • Reluctant to try

    By on

My dogs have been very slow to accept this product. I have three dogs and they are all very reluctant to take this from me. One of my dogs even drops it and walks away. Not sure what the reason is - flavor, smell, texture. They take many other dental cleansers readily, so I will not be reordering these.

  • She loves them

    By on

I have an eleven year old Chihuahua and her teeth are not perfect. I bought these for her and she loves them. She was not sure about them at first but now she gobbles them up! Her breath is noticeable better and she gets a treat! It's a win win!
