These used to be larger treats and much softer. Our elderly dog passed in May 2025, and she enjoyed these treats a lot! We recently rescued a dog w dental issues, bought these and they arent like the ones i purchased (less than) 6mo ago. They are harder (i cant squish between my fingers) and smaller, and my 3yo rescue wont eat them.

These dental chews are for dogs 30lbs and up. My smaller kiddo didn’t get to try these however my big dog seemed to love them. She ate it like a standard treat but due to the size she actually had to chew it and take her time. This is positive because the dental fighting additives are in the treat so it needs to be chewed rather than inhaled which my girl tends to do with other dental brands. I noticed some benefits to her breath however, after a few days of consecutive use no changes in her plaque or tartar. I would still purchase and recommend!

I used these for bedtime snack for our pups. Both Arty and Riley are 100+ lbs. so I gave them each two at a time. In just a couple of days, my guys knew the sound of the bag these come in and they would go wild! They seemed to relish them because I noticed they did not stand at the counter and eat them, they would take them to their special place and lie down to really enjoy them! Great product, my boys really enjoyed them!

An OK addition to thr tooth care routine

I have been brushing my dog's teeth since he got all of his adult teeth. Luckily he's really good about it. While these chews are good, I don't think they (or any

I have been brushing my dog's teeth since he got all of his adult teeth. Luckily he's really good about it. While these chews are good, I don't think they (or any treat really) can clean as well as a good old tooth brush and toothpaste. Charlie is a 75 pound golden retriever. Here's what we liked and didn't like. What we liked: - Taste: no problem there, Charlie ate them right up. They crumble a little while he bites them so he eats up the pieces from the floor. I noticed the "toothpaste center" always falls out so he eats that piece without really chewing. - Convenience: These are much easier than using a toothbrush. - Packaging: Reseals nicely for freshness. What we didn't like: - Size: The size was good for Charlie but I feel a smaller dog would have trouble with these. - Eaten too quickly to be effective: Charlie eats these pretty fast. The bag says 2 chews a day morning and night. I'm only giving him one after his evening toothbrushing. To be truly effective I feel ha'd have to really chew them on both sides. He tends to chew more on the right side than the left (even when he's gnawing bones) so again I don't feel these are as effective as a good old tooth brush. - High calories: One treat has a whopping 30 calories. I try to limit the amount of treats we give to low cal. If feeding 2x a day as the bag suggests that really eats into daily treat allotment. Overall, I'd say these treats would be best for dogs that don't like or allow their teeth to be brushed with a toothbrush. You really can't get better than old fashioned daily brushing. These treats are a good additive though and probably do help a little. I will personally stick with toothbrush and toothpaste for my guy.

The Every Day Naturals Soft No Brush Toothpaste Large Dental Treats are a great treat for my dog. I have a Dalmatian and she seems to love them. She is sometimes finicky with new treats, but she ate these right up. They are a soft treat and are small in size, and she can easily eat them. We have not been using them for very long, so I am not sure how effective they are as a dental treat. I think they are a great treat and easily chewable . Highly recommend this dental treat!

My dog loves these! I’m not sure they help clean his teeth, as I’m not even sure he chews them! All kidding aside, he does chew them, and they are very crunchy, so I expect they are cleaning his teeth. These have a crunchier texture than other “brushing” treats we have tried, so that’s encouraging. His breath is fine. He experienced a bit of diarrhea the first few days of giving him this treat, but that has since resolved.

They're a decent size, so dogs smaller mouths may have a bit more difficultly, but they are on the softer size.
