Great size, but not eco-friendly
I decided for this review that I would compare the Arm & Hammer Waste Bags (“A&H Bags”) to two other poop bags I happen to have on hand. The A&H Bags came in
I decided for this review that I would compare the Arm & Hammer Waste Bags (“A&H Bags”) to two other poop bags I happen to have on hand. The A&H Bags came in a yellow box containing 8 rolls for a total of 120 bags, the bags are blue, and have a mild, pleasant scent to them. Their box says that the packaging is made with over 35% recycled materials. There is nothing that says the bags themselves are recycled nor what they are made with, so I assume they are not. Right now, the bags I have retail for $11.99 on Chewy. I’m comparing them to: 1.) a green bag that says it is made with 38% plant material and 62% polyetholene plastic and came is a similar sized box with the same number of rolls and bags as the A&H Bag) which retails for $8.99 on Chewy; and 2.) a red bag that has completely unknown materials or manufacturer (came standard in a free plastic poop bag dispenser from some give-away event). The A&H bags are about an inch longer than the green bags and just 1/8” narrower. The generic red bag is a full 1” wider than the A&H Bag at the opened-end, but the red bag loses about 3.5” of width at the closed-end AND loses about 2.5” in length to the A&M Bag. SO between the three bags, I find the A&H Bag’s size to be superior. Thickness wise, the A&M Bag and the 38% plant material bag are about equivalent, and the red bag seems much thinner and more fragile. I have an 18 lb dog who produces medium size poops. On a walk, I usually collect a poop, then knot the bag, and collect 1 or 2 more poops/knots with the same bag. I can collect three of his poops in the A&M Bag but the other two bags are difficult to knot and get a third poop in. Long story short, for me and my dog, while the A&M Bag seems a smidge larger, I would choose the green bag going forward due to its price being cheaper and it being 38% eco-friendly.

Only issue is that they are translucent and you can clearly see the pet waste inside the bag. This was a huge negative for me personally, otherwise a great waste bag. Please make them opaque.

It's not too strong of an odor, subtle and pleasant. We keep our used bags in a metal bin and toss weekly, the soft baby powder scent helped make that chore a lot nicer!

I often bought whichever were on sale at local stores, but usually always had to end up using double bags as they would begin to rip. These bags by Arm&Hammer are sturdy. They held a couple days worth of my cat’s litter and have a light baby powder smell. It is not overpowering. I definitely will continue to purchase these.

The scent does a good job of masking odors, which makes walks and cleanups much more pleasant. The bags are a good size and don’t tear easily, even with larger messes. Overall, they’re dependable, convenient, and exactly what you want in a quality dog waste bag. Highly recommended!

These are a handy little helper! They work great for our elderly dog's accidents when she doesn't make it outside quick enough and also for walks around the neighborhood

I put them on my hand like a glove, pick up the poop and peel it off inside out and tie it into a knot. TMI but works great! I have also used them for the litter pan. Really like the Scent and would recommend them to pet owners.

I had been reusing grocery bags for poo scoopers. These little bags are so much easier! They are the perfect size, easy to scoop, and long enough to tie the top

These bags are pretty good. They have a mild scent. They are good sized, too. My only criticism is that I wish that they were more opaque. They're thin and transparent

Scooping up pesky messes
Bags are a welcome addition to our daily walks and are easy to remove from the roll. The size is good for cleanup of even our 50lb dog. I would recommend using these
