The description doesn’t list catnip/silverline

I purchased this hoping it contains no catnip since one of our cats doesn’t react well to it. Unfortunately the little balls in the base of the toy are clearly either

I purchased this hoping it contains no catnip since one of our cats doesn’t react well to it. Unfortunately the little balls in the base of the toy are clearly either made out of catnip or catnip infused, so we can’t use it.
