Good quality and easy to assemble

The cat tree arrived well-packaged in a box only 16 x 16 x 14 high. Instructions were good, parts were clearly marked, no missing pieces, everything assembled easily

The cat tree arrived well-packaged in a box only 16 x 16 x 14 high. Instructions were good, parts were clearly marked, no missing pieces, everything assembled easily. The carpeting is soft, and nice quality and color (beige). My kitty immediately started using the sisal scratching posts on both the lower and upper levels. The only issue: My cat is 11 pounds, and we had to put a weight on the bottom so it would not tip over when he jumped onto the 2 upper levels. May work for lighter cats. Would be 5 stars except for the tipping problem.

I would have to say this cat tree is...fine. The biggest positive is the carpet is very soft - even we enjoyed running our hands over it. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but some of the screws took a bit of muscle to get in. Even when screwed down as far as possible a few of the tops of the screws were not totally flush with the board. I don't like being able to see the screws and I could see that bothering some cats if they laid across them. My cat is two years old and the feature she seemed to like best was the hanging toy. She had some difficulty jumping around the top ledge to get on top of it so this may work best for a smaller/younger or more agile cat. There are no side walls or ledges along the top shelf and after almost rolling off a few times she didn't try to get up there again. She did use the scratching post areas a couple of times but would not go in the "cave" area and, even with the toy, lost interest after the first day. The top shelf also doesn’t have any side walls or ledges, and after nearly rolling off a couple of times, she gave up on trying to get up there. She did use the scratching posts a few times but completely ignored the enclosed "cave" area. Even with the toy, she lost interest after the first day. Overall, it’s a decent cat tree but it just didn’t keep my cat engaged - and some design details could definitely be improved.

This is a great little cat tree! Super quick and easy to put together. Came with an extra string toy, which is nice. I like how big the cave area is, I feel like so many of them are made so tiny these days. This one will easily fit my bigger cat. I know they'll love it.
