The chart in the Size section says the baseboard is 20 inches wide and 24 inches long. The image with dimensions in it says the baseboard is 23 inches wide and 19 inches long. What is the actual width and length of the baseboard?

My old Armarkat got old and ugly from years of wear and tear. So, I bought a new plushy gray condo. They wouldn't touch it. Gave it away and bought a new Armarkat

The construction and size doesn’t match my older tower from the same brand

I bought this brand’s tower, the same height and proportions, 6 years ago and it has bigger platforms and a bigger cat house than the new one I just bought. The

I bought this brand’s tower, the same height and proportions, 6 years ago and it has bigger platforms and a bigger cat house than the new one I just bought. The new tower isn’t as well-constructed, the pilot holes were harder to screw into, and the materials aren’t as durable. I like this brand a lot but I’m disappointed to see their quality has declined since 2020.

Aramark cat trees were once a high-quality product, built with heavy-duty materials and solid stability. Unfortunately, the quality has declined drastically, and they are now no better than the cheap cat trees flooding the market. While they’ve always been expensive, they used to be worth the investment. Now everything about them feels smaller, flimsier, and cheaply made. The trees are wobbly, poorly constructed, and made from materials that I can almost guarantee won’t withstand the wear and tear of active cats with sharp claws. The one I purchased last month already has fabric fraying on one of the corners, noticeable gaps in the sisal rope, and it is too small for my adult cat.

low quality for the price

my cat likes the tree so it serves its purpose and assembly wasn’t too difficult, but what bothered me was the pieces of hot glue sticking out from the rope attachments,

my cat likes the tree so it serves its purpose and assembly wasn’t too difficult, but what bothered me was the pieces of hot glue sticking out from the rope attachments, as well as the fact that the carpet material it’s made off is very thin feeling and already staring to wear down after less than a month. for the price i paid i expected more :(

Easy to assemble.

I liked that all of the pieces are indivualldy replaceable on Armarkats website for when they wear out. It would have been a 5/5 but I had to request more hardware

DANGEROUS

I had one. It was great. For the next set of (2) cats I got another one. It was great for one year. The kittens are now cats and rambunctious. But I never dreamed

I had one. It was great. For the next set of (2) cats I got another one. It was great for one year. The kittens are now cats and rambunctious. But I never dreamed they would completely cause the top section to violently come apart as if the wood were rotten, splinters everywhere and it fell to the floor. For some crazy reason I thought they might replace it for free or at least that portion that was ruined. Nope. $59 for that one replacement. I'll look elsewhere next time.

This is the second armarkat tree we purchased. The current one is not as steady, it rocks a bit on wood floor, and the cat is not thrilled with the hole in the second level. The third level is narrow, he has difficulty getting down from the perch because there isn't enough room for him. The quality is great, well constructed as the other one was. Lots of places for him to scratch which he does take advantage of. The first one he ripped to shreds after 8 years. Should have purchased another like that.

This is my fifth or sixth Armarkat cat tree (in two decades) and I always find their products well made, sturdy, cat-friendly, and easy to assemble. The base of this tree, however, is somewhat small in relation to the tree's height, making me wonder if it will topple over. My cats did manage to topple the last one, which was the same height, even though it had a larger base (big boys, rough play) -- so next time I'll be more careful to look at the measurements of the base before ordering. This tree is fine, though, so far, and the cats love it. Am just thinking about setting some sort of weight on the base....
