Does the fabric shred?

Sturdy & well-designed

We have two young cats who needed vertical space, and this tree really fit the bill! They both love the hammock and the top platform, and it's become their favorite

We have two young cats who needed vertical space, and this tree really fit the bill! They both love the hammock and the top platform, and it's become their favorite place for play and naps and sometimes to escape from each other. An excellent investment for indoor cats: exercise, entertainment and relaxation (and about the same features for the humans, love watching them enjoy it!).

Easy to put together and sturdy for my 2x 14 lb kits on a carpeted floor in a corner. The cats took to it right away and love it. They, of course, fight over the top platform. It gets loose, but I can just tighten the bolts, and it's fine. They don't like the hammocks, but they have fun with the rest. The quality issue is with the scratching posts. Both the top and bottom posts are falling apart. I've only had this for 8 months, and I'd expect it to last a lot longer for the money that was spent considering the purpose is to scratch it up. Pictures show current status.

Tilted / Not designed for larger cats

Very hard to get on and off the cat tree due to design of the platforms. Really small for bigger/larger cats and the scratching post tilted a little bit as shown

This is our second cat tree from this company and we love this brand! Our first one was used for almost 2 years and the condition is still fine, we just wanted to get one that had a little more to it. To say our cat loves this is a vast understatement. She spends most of her day here and while I wasn’t sure about the little hammock/basket portion, she has grown to love that thing and spends hours there at a time. It’s durable as well and pretty easy to put together. Anytime we decide to get a new cat tree for her it is going to be this brand and from Chewy!

Well, It took me almost an hour to build this and it's woobly even if I tighten all the screws really hard but my babies seem to like this. But the basket is little small for one of my cat. He is 16months old and 9.5 pounds and he doesn't seem to feel the basket is comfortable to him. But overall I like the design, it brings cozy vibe to my living room and my cats love playing and resting on this. Would recommend to everyone!

I didnt get but maybe 10 minutes in until I got to board B and struggle to figure out what I was doing wrong only to realize the holes were drilled in incorrectly

We have this cat tree for about two weeks. Overall is a nice cat tree for kittens. My both kittens, about 5 lbs, are really enjoying this cat tree. The cat tree is a little bit wobble when they are playing with each other or fight over a certain spot, but overall is sturdy. One thing is the faux fur is tend to lose over time. The picture is the first time I vacuum this cat tree after I got it. Every time i vacuum, I got some extra. So make sure you vacuum before use and regularly after installing.
