Cut the Height Measurement IN HALF! For Usable Space

Too small for the cat it was intended for, however, 3 other cats take turns politely and will never give this up. This is extremely frustrating because they were covered and my eldest feels singled out and unloved during a group cat bed Christmas, but this signals a good product, popular with any cat who can fit. Working height is “vanished” by more than half due to the size of the bottom bed in the bed shell. So he can’t get all the way back or turn around and sit the feline version of cross legged and low, because of the missing (but not technically missing) 5 or 6 inches of advertised height. It’s a Godsend for timid cats from a variety of differing circumstances and temperaments. Please build a Maine Coon size! We don’t know what he is, but about the size of a female Maine Coon wouldn’t be off. It isn’t fat, it’s being a towering giant amongst Siamese blends.

I purchased this because both of my cats love to burrow under blankets and it was deeply discounted, so why not? The bed itself is very nice quality. I like the removable cushion and the texture is great. The bottom of the bed has nice rubbery grippers so I can easily place on smooth surfaces without worrying about it moving around when the cats get in and out. The biggest pro, for me, was the size. Most cat beds and furniture do not work well with my senior 16-pound male black cat. He is able to easily get in and move around comfortably. Our 8-pound female cat also loves the bed and fits well. The only problem we had was the cats both wanting to use it at the same time! It went on sale again so I just purchased a second one. Overall: Very nice quality for a good price, works well for both small and large (16 lb) cats. Repurchased.

Sadly, my cat was a senior cat and he didn’t get to enjoy this bed for long. But in the weeks he had it, he lived in it! Beautifully made and so very soft. And that color was very nice. The hood stays up so while he stayed secure, it never collapsed and smothered him which I was sort of afraid of. Highly recommend ! Brutus loved it and he was particular about his beds.
