The height and various levels.

Unfortunately, there is no way for my two adult cats to get to the top levels easily and they didn't seem to like it. It seemed like a poor design which is unusual

Unfortunately, there is no way for my two adult cats to get to the top levels easily and they didn't seem to like it. It seemed like a poor design which is unusual for Armaakat and it is better for kittens or young cats who are more athletic.

Screw sticks out of bottom platform

We didnt even set up more than the first level of this tower before realizing we needed to return it (which chewy was great about). The screw that attaches the cylindrical

We didnt even set up more than the first level of this tower before realizing we needed to return it (which chewy was great about). The screw that attaches the cylindrical cubby has a screw that sticks out over 1/4 inch of the base. a total no-go for our hardwood floors. maybe it would work on carpet? also, it seemed wobbly already, just like the other market tower we got at the same time (and set up and use but it's not ideal)
