Mealworms are fed a balanced diet of grains, vegetables, and fruits. Suitable options include wheat bran, oatmeal, potatoes, and carrots. Ensure they have a source of moisture, such as slices of fruits or vegetables. Feed them every one to two days to keep them healthy and nutritious for your pets. Mealworms and Giant Mealworms can be refridgerated to slow their growth.
