Feeding Instructions
Superworms thrive on a diet of fruits and vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, apples, and fresh greens. It’s best to avoid citrus and other acidic foods. They also benefit from a substrate of bran, wheat bran, or uncooked oatmeal, which doubles as both bedding and food. Ensure they have a moisture source, like slices of fruits or vegetables, and feed them every one to two days to maintain their health and nutritional value for your pets. Superworms cannot be refridgerated.
