Ashman Adjustable Shepherd Hook with 4 Prongs, Black, 4 count

I ordered and paid more for the 4 prong hooks for better stability, hoping they would be able to hold my chickens treat holders and not be pulled down or knocked over. I received 2 prong hooks, so I contacted Chewy and a very nice associate helped me and had new ones sent out, the correct 4 prong ones. Well, I got ANOTHER set of 2 prong hooks! Contacted Chewy again, and they emailed me a label to send them back, and told me they were out of stock, no longer available so they couldn’t send me the item I ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago or longer. Well, they are still in stock on their site. I could order more right now from Chewy, so that wasn’t the truth. But I have a feeling if I order them I will get another set of 2 prong hooks. And I haven’t even gotten a refund yet! Won’t until I send back the second wrong set they sent me. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for someone to just make sure the correct item is sent! I ordered these because I want them! Never had someone from Chewy blatantly lie about something I can see myself. Customer service used to always be great. Sadly it seems to be slipping lately.
