How do you take the bottle of to fill it with water

The bottle can be removed by twisting it off. Once removed, it can be twisted back on to begin dispensing new water.

The spout of the water jug is not large enough to fit a hand inside however, the just is dishwasher safe.

NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

ordered the food and water container and was surprised how large they actually are. If you have multiple small pets or small dogs, these are perfect size. HOWEVER....i

ordered the food and water container and was surprised how large they actually are. If you have multiple small pets or small dogs, these are perfect size. HOWEVER....i noticed the water holder smelled funny when it arrived so I figured I would rinse it out with dish soap and that would be it but it still had a strange odor so I put it in my dishwasher and had the heated drying function off on my washer and when the cycle was over, the water holder was shrunken up and melted like an accordion. Albeit it funny that just my tap hot water could do that to something especially that was so durable and hard to begin with. I recommend the product but just DONT wash it in dishwasher

I bought 2 of these & haven't had but a month & both have already broken. Spilt all over my kitchen & laundry floor. Ughhhh

I love that they got here quickly there for Christmas gift and I love the size they're not as big as some of them but they're not little they'll work out perfectly
